The Sydney Light Rail is a 12 km project connecting Circular Quay through the CBD to Randwick and Kingsford, transforming public transport in Sydney. Construction was delivered by Acciona.

The project features 19 stations, including Circular Quay, Town Hall, and Moore Park, enhancing access to key destinations.

The project involved a huge interface with multiple stakeholders, including utilities, local councils, businesses, and heritage authorities, requiring extensive coordination to maintain traffic flow and public access. Urban integration emphasized pedestrian-friendly streets and public spaces, particularly along George Street.

The Sydney Light Rail has significantly improved transport capacity, connectivity, and journey times across central and south-eastern Sydney.
